EventFlow is an event management platform operating at shorto.in. We help organisers create and manage events, and help attendees discover and register for them.

When you register for an event, we collect the information you submit through the registration form — this may include your name, email address, phone number, organisation, job title, and any other fields the event organiser has configured.

We also automatically collect your IP address at the time of registration for security and spam prevention purposes.

Your information is used to:

• Process and confirm your event registration
• Send you a confirmation email with event details
• Allow the event organiser to contact you with updates about the event
• Prevent duplicate registrations

Your registration details are visible to the event organiser and platform administrators only. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.

By registering for an event, you may receive:

• A one-time registration confirmation email
• Event updates or reminders from the event organiser

We do not send unsolicited marketing emails.

Your registration data is retained for as long as the event exists on the platform, or until you request deletion. Event organisers may delete registration records at any time. To request removal of your personal data, please contact the event organiser directly.

EventFlow uses a session cookie to keep you logged in as an administrator. No tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics are used. We do not track your browsing behaviour.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent at any time

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your personal data. Registration data is stored securely in our database. Passwords for admin accounts are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes and are never stored in plain text.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
